The order of making up of invitations to study for foreign citizens and stateless persons
The invitation to study is drawn up on the basis of an application for a foreign citizen, stateless persons or persons representing their interests. Applications and the documents listed below are given to the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college” or can be sent by fax +375 17 357-96-26 or by e-mail college@bsmc.by
The application (to download sample) should be accompanied with the following documents:
- The copy of passport of the invited person.
- The copy of passport of a person representing the interests of a foreign citizen, of a stateless person.
- The certificate (document) of education with the indication of the subjects learned and the examinations marks received.
The listed documents executed in a foreign language should be accompanied at the same time with their translation into Belarusian or Russian language, certified by a notary.
On receiving a positive decision by the results of the consideration of the application, the invitation to study at the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college” is drawn up. The invitation is coordinated at the Department of citizenship and migration of the Oktyabrsky district Department of internal affairs of Minsk.
The coordinated invitation is sent to a foreign citizen, to a stateless person for obtaining an entrance visa of the Republic of Belarus.
