The Admittance Conditions 

It is necessary for a foreign citizen or a stateless person who wishes to take preliminary courses at the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college”:

To receive the invitation to study

The invitation to study is drawn up on the basis of an application for a foreign citizen, stateless persons or persons representing their interests. Applications and the documents listed below are given to the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college” or can be sent by fax +375 17 357-96-26 or by e-mail college@bsmc.by 

The application (to download sample) should be accompanied with the following documents:

1. The copy of passport of the invited person.
2. The copy of passport of a person representing the interests of a foreign citizen, of a stateless person. 
3. The certificate (document) of education with the indication of the subjects learned and the examinations marks received.

The listed documents executed in a foreign language should be accompanied at the same time with their translation into Belarusian or Russian language, certified by a notary.
On receiving a positive decision by the results of the consideration of the application, the invitation to study at the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college” is drawn up. The invitation is coordinated at the Department of citizenship and migration of the Oktyabrsky district Department of internal affairs of Minsk.

The coordinated invitation is sent to a foreign citizen, to a stateless person for obtaining an entrance visa of the Republic of Belarus.
It is necessary to inform the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college” about estimated date of arrival by phone +375 17 373 85 57; +375 17 207 98 42 or by e-mail college@bsmc.by.

• The entry to the Republic of Belarus, departure for home and all related travel expenses are carried out at the expense of a foreign citizen.
• The certificate of absence of HIV infection is obligatory when crossing the border.
• Foreign citizens or stateless persons entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus must have the compulsory insurance policy or insurance policy concluded with a foreign insurance company in case of providing them with ambulance by medical establishments.

To give the following documents personally to the college the next day after arrival (besides Saturday and Sunday):

1.  The national passport.
2.  The application for admission for training in accordance with a set form. 
3. The certificate (document) of education with the indication of the subjects learned and the examinations marks received.
4. The medical report on the health condition and the certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by the official health authority of the country from which the applicant arrived to study.
5. 6 photos 3 x 4

The listed documents executed in a foreign language should be accompanied at the same time with their translation into Belarusian or Russian language, certified by a notary.
It is necessary for enrolling in the number of trainees of the preliminary courses:

1. To give a medical report from the medical Advisory Committee, issued by the territorial organization of health of the Republic of Belarus (after passing the compulsory medical examination by the direction of the educational establishment “Belarusian state medical college”) (medical services are paid).
2. To enter into a contract with the college and pay the tuition.

The Training Conditions

The foreign citizens are trained at the college on the basis of contracts. The contract guarantees the training, use of training rooms and equipment, libraries and sports facilities of the college.
The question of the provision of hostel accommodation is decided in preliminary correspondence. Fee for hostel is not included in the tuition cost.
Classes start from November 1(or in other terms as gathering of groups).

Tuition fee in the 2017-2018 academic year is $ 1,500

Trainees of the preliminary course study the following subjects: Russian language (as a foreign language), biology, chemistry and physics.

Trainees who completed the curriculum and passed the examinations receive certificates of education of the state sample.
