The rules of admission of the foreign citizens
Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have graduated from training courses may enter the institutions of secondary special education and higher education institutions on a paid form of education – on the results of the final certification at the end of the training courses (in case of mastering of the educational content of the training of persons for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus).
Foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons who have been granted refugee status in the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian citizens, permanent residents in foreign countries, citizens of the Russian Federation, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Tajikistan participate in the competition for secondary special education:
- on the budget form of education, if the level of education they receive from the budget for the first time,
- for a fee form for account of the funds of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, individuals or citizen's own funds.
Or arrive at the conditions:
- from the budget, or for a fee − in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus;
- for a fee − on the results of the final certification during the development of the educational content of the training of persons for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus;
- for a fee − based on interviews at the Belarusian State Medical College, sets the level of proficiency at which the educational process is carried out, in an amount sufficient for the development of educational programs of secondary special education.
Foreign nationals and stateless persons entering in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, including treaties of the interdepartmental character shall be enrolled for training at the Belarusian State Medical College without entrance examinations.
