      In college, much attention is paid to improving the educational and professional level of teachers and, consequently, the quality of students' knowledge. College professors systematically improve their professional skills and pedagogical skills training courses, in the process of training in higher educational institutions, at meetings of UMC (United methodical commission) and PMK (subject methodical commission), teaching associations, curators, teachers' workshops for beginning teachers, are involved in methodological associations of the city of Minsk, the seminars Teaching Excellence.
      Teachers of College in its work actively use innovative learning technologies to develop the personality of each student, enhancing students' cognitive activity, develop their creative abilities, memory, intelligence, clinical thinking.
